COURSE 03 | 3 DAYS

AI Delivery Practitioner

Build steering, planning, verification, human-review, and safe-autonomy systems.

WHO IT SERVES

Developers, QA, DevOps, technical leads

Three instructor-led lab days with assessed practice

Prerequisite: Experience with a software delivery environment and access to an approved AI coding agent

BEST FIT

Install repeatable controls for teams scaling beyond individual experimentation.

  • Engineering teams moving beyond informal prompting
  • Technical leaders standardizing AI-assisted delivery
  • QA and DevOps partners designing evidence gates

PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH

Steering System

A practical control surface for plans, checkpoints, approvals, evidence, and recovery decisions.

Context Budget

A deliberate allocation of source material, instructions, tools, and attention for a bounded task.

Safe-Run Packet

A reusable package of permissions, stop conditions, checks, recovery steps, and release evidence.

WHAT THE COURSE INCLUDES

Practitioner system and assessment

  • Participant workbook and editable template kit
  • Steering System, Context Budget, and Safe-Run Packet
  • Scored performance task and one coached reassessment
  • Personal 30-day transfer plan
Individual and group prices: a future public cohort is $1,495 per person for the first two cohorts, then $1,795 standard. A private virtual cohort is $18,000 for the entire group of up to 12 during the limited-time launch period, then $21,000 standard.

LEARNING FLOW

Progress from controlled tasks to governed autonomy.

Each day adds a layer of capability: task control, system control, and safe delegation. Labs produce inspectable artifacts that can transfer into team practice.

01

Day 1: Control the task

Intent, evidence, reconnaissance, and context design

02

Day 2: Control the system

Steering, planning, feedback loops, and review tiers

03

Day 3: Control autonomy

Delegation, unattended work, recovery, and release proof

ASSESSMENT

Practitioner capability must survive review and recovery.

Participants are assessed across the three lab days on steering decisions, context discipline, verification, safety boundaries, intervention, recovery, and release proof.

Performance standard: certification requires 90/100 overall and full performance on safety and approval requirements. Every participant receives focused evidence-based feedback.
