COURSE 02 | 1 DAY

Controlled AI Coding Foundations

Complete a bounded feature using a repeatable, evidence-based delivery loop.

WHO IT SERVES

Developers, analysts, technical operators

Live virtual public cohort or private organizational delivery

Prerequisite: Basic comfort working with digital tools; coding experience helps but is not required for every role

BEST FIT

Create a shared delivery loop for teams starting AI-assisted work.

  • Teams beginning structured AI-assisted work
  • Mixed technical and operational cohorts
  • Organizations seeking a common delivery language

PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH

Controlled Work Order

A bounded task brief that captures intent, scope, constraints, approvals, and completion evidence.

Evidence Map

A traceable map connecting requirements and decisions to sources, checks, and proof.

Verified Handoff

A continuation-ready record of completed work, open risks, ownership, and the next safe action.

WHAT YOUR PURCHASE INCLUDES

Materials and transfer tools

  • Participant workbook and editable templates
  • Controlled Work Order, Evidence Map, and Verified Handoff
  • Assessment criteria and one coached reassessment
  • Personal 30-day workplace transfer plan
Available two ways: a limited-time launch seat is $495 per person, then $695 standard. A private virtual cohort is $7,500 for the entire group of up to 12 during the limited-time launch period, then $8,500 standard. FCG publishes the date, payment terms, and cancellation policy before accepting payment.

LEARNING FLOW

Complete one controlled slice from intent through handoff.

Participants work through a bounded scenario, use the CLEAR method, inspect the evidence, and leave with a loop they can repeat on workplace tasks.

01

Agent reality

Models, harnesses, tools, permissions, and context

02

Clarify and load

Bound the work and find primary evidence

03

Execute and assess

Build one slice and inspect actual proof

04

Relay

Record state, ownership, risk, and next action

ASSESSMENT

Show the work, the reasoning, and the proof.

Participants complete a bounded delivery exercise and submit the work order, evidence map, checks, and handoff for review. Successful work must satisfy every safety and approval requirement.

Evidence standard: completion reflects demonstrated use of the controlled delivery loop during assessed practice. Organizational performance claims require a separate workplace measurement period.

Ask FCG to scope Controlled AI Coding Foundations.

Choose individual cohort updates or a scope-based private-cohort conversation.
